This piece is an image from my childhood back in Newfoundland. This marsh was filled with birds and little frogs and in the winter it would freeze over and provide the most amazing skating rink. I would hang my skates on that very fence while I took off my boots. Unframed, acrylic medium on canvas with gloss finish.
