With over 30 years of experience in oil and acrylic painting, Venu Rai is a seasoned artist dedicated to capturing the beauty and essence of life through art. Trained under renowned artists and honed further through visual art courses at OCAD, his work reflects a profound commitment to traditional techniques and meticulous attention to detail.

Venu’s artistic focus centers on animals, landscapes, and figures, each rendered with passion, precision, and emotional depth. His creations aim to evoke a connection with the viewer, celebrating the vibrancy and authenticity of his subjects.

In addition to his artistic pursuits, Venu brings extensive leadership experience, having successfully led large projects and teams in multinational organizations. An engineer by training from India, he also holds a master’s degree in Management Science from the University of Waterloo. His diverse background enriches his perspective, both in art and beyond, as he continues to create and inspire.
