Welcome to a new year on the FASM Board of Directors!

To ensure that the photo gallery on the Board of Directors website page is complete, please fill out the form below.  

 

It will ensure that the list of Board Members on the page is complete for the fiscal year.  This page includes a gallery of the photos, names, and positions of each Board member, plus a quick, engaging blurb about you or your position.

 

A click on your photo will open a separate profile page that will include your photo, name, and position, plus a small write-up (your bio, experience, message as the director, etc.) to help FASM members and the public understand how you will be able to help them.  On this profile page, you can also include contact information if you wish, as well as your website link and/or one social media link.  All contact information is optional.

 

Soon after you submit the form, you will receive an email from Tina Clancy (t.clancy@fasm.ca), asking you to review the page for any corrections or modifications needed.   

 

This page can be updated any time, but can only be accessed from the link on the Board of Directors Page.  All questions and concerns can be sent to Tina Clancy (t.clancy@fasm.ca).
